Consultant - English Speaker:


_Market Intelligence & Consulting team_

The position:


  • Lead all accounting activities including Taxes, WHT, SII and FACE processes.
  • Processing and control of banks and cashflows and related payment processes.
  • Collaborate with our Finance Controller regarding monthly & quarterly closures and internal/external reporting.
  • Supporting our Sales team on RPF's formal paperwork & corporate certificates when required.
  • Interface with internals & externals: departments, providers, auditors, tax authorities
  • Supporting our R&D PM on R&D Grants' claims (CDTI, IVACE, EU,).
  • Oversee the daytoday accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure Accounts Payables accuracy and create payment schedules.
  • Follow Accounts Receivable and collections.

Personal skills and experience

  • Bachelor 's Degree in Accounting, Administration or Economics.
  • At least fouryear work experience in leading accounting roles.
  • Very good knowledge of accounting and tax law according to Spanish PGC.
  • Safe experience on ERPs with demonstrable experience on SAP Business One HANA
  • Proficiency in MS Office package specially on Excel.
  • Contact person for all relevant questions for internal departments, auditors and tax authorities.
  • High level of commitment, communication, and team skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

  • International experience.
  • Knowledge on CRM Salesforce.
  • Some of your best skills are ability to multitask and prioritize, analytic overview and ability to work effectively with others.
