ABOUT THE ROLE:

WHO YOU ARE:

Bilingual - English and Spanish

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business with a masters degree and at least 7+ years client relations experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.

Trained in systems / operations like Six Sigma or similar preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, google Suite products, as well as cloud center softwares.
