GENERAL MANAGER FOR COLOMBIA / BOGOTA

Law Firm headquartered in Seattle (Tukwila), WA withoffices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Texas that do life changing work for Immigrants and the Injured.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

WHO YOU ARE:
Bilingual - English and Spanish

A Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Financial careers with specialization and/or MBA. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business management positions such as Operations Management, Business Development Management. With responsibility in operations of high responsibility in the BPO sector.
Trained in systems / operations like Six Sigma or similar. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, google Suite products, and HR softwares.

Proven experience in the following areas:
Planning, controlling and following up the company's operations. Formulating work plans and programs that guarantee the results expected by

senior management. Ensure compliance in the execution of the budget by the direct reports under

his/her responsibility, according to the guidelines established by the firm.

Executing and enforcing compliance at the national level with the policies and operational structural guidelines established for the Company's operations.
Participating and supporting the Commercial Management, Planning, Human Resources, Financial Management, Operations Management and other areas in charge, in the development and implementation of new projects
Complying with all the rules and responsibilities on occupational health and safety, environment and risk control determined by the company as mandatory compliance by each of the employees

Excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel. Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Detailed oriented required to handle large volumes of work simultaneously.
