- Realizar de forma proactiva seguimiento para la correcta consecución del servicio.
- Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones.
- Elaboración y Seguimiento de informes de calidad de servicio.
- Atención telefónica a clientes.
- Gestión y actualización de información de pedidos.
- Contrato por baja médica.
- Excelente entorno laboral.
- Jornada completa.

- Educación secundaria Obligatoria.
- Experiencia en funciones de atención al cliente mínimo 1 año en un puesto similar.

- Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés mínimo B2.
- Alta capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
