Our client is a multinational insurance company, a European leader in the home appliance insurance sector.

As part of the Portugal sales team, your duties will be
-
Contacting clients from our database

Offer the renewal of home appliance insurance and the possibility to purchase of additional insurance.
Inform about legal guarantees, consumption, and conditions.
Management of the company's software for the management of the database and the client portfolio.

Requirements
-
you're fluent in Portuguese:

Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in call center telemarketing campaigns.
Selfmotivated & able to deliver under pressure
Teamplayer
Organized and has a great eye for detail
