Qué vas a hacer
Para esta posición tendrás un papel fundamental en garantizar el más alto nível de satisfacción del cliente. Un rol multifacético con responsabilidades de gestión como tareas directas de soporte y atención al cliente.

Llevado a la práctica y al día a día, tus principales tareas serán

Atender los contactos entrantes de los clientes (a través de teléfono, correo electrónico, chat) de manera oportuna y profesional.
Resolver las demandas de los usuarios, asegurando su satisfacción con nuestras soluciones.
Proporcionar feedback constante para mejorar el rendimiento y la eficiencia del equipo.
Mantener alta la calidad de nuestro servicio, actualizándose constantemente sobre nuestros productos y políticas.

Otras cosas de tu día a día que no son tareas*- Oficinas espectaculares en el centro de Barcelona, con fácil acceso en transporte público mediante metro, tren y ferrocarril.

Qué necesitas para hacerlo genial

Mínimo de 2 años de experiência en puestos similares.
Habilidades sólidas de orientación a cliente y resolución de incidencias.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad interpersonal.
Un nível de inglés fluido para la interacción con nuestros clientes internacionales.
