Senior Clinical Research Project Manager (IMM-Care)
Promotion and Development of Clinical Research (PDRC)
VHIR is seeking a
Senior Clinical Research Project Manager to join its PDRC Directorate.
project iMM-CARE: BOOSTING CLINICAL RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF SOCIETY. VHIR leads the
WP on Training and the PM will give support to the team involved in the project for an excellent execution of
Research Directorate of VHIR to facilitate and promote high-quality, innovative, and effective clinical
research programs that align with the institute ́s strategic goals.

Education and qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor's degree, preferable in life sciences or related fields.
- Full proficiency in English
- Good command of Spanish and/or Catalan.
- Excellent communication and influence skills with at ease dealing with senior international scientists, healthcare

Experience and knowledge:
Required:

Proven experience in clinical research activities management and coordination tasks. Ability to autonomously
coordinate project partners and supervise tasks execution in projects of certain complexity.
- Proven experience in European collaborative projects coordination and management tasks, preferably in the

Demonstrated knowledge about physician-scientists career pathway and their opportunities for research
training.
- Previous experience working as clinical trials or clinical research manager or organizer in health research
- Good IT skills. Specially, practical experience with Learning Management Systems (i.e. Moodle) will be an
- Practical experience in survey design and data analysis will also be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and planning capacities.
- Proactive, results oriented professional with close attention to detail and with the ability to work under tight

Contribute to define the clinical research strategy of the IMM-Care project to create a translation continuum
from bench to bedside and back again, improving the interplay between basic, translational and clinical
research groups.
