Guarantee a coherent project planning during the Presales phase for the project

Ensure the global coherence of the project milestones, from the project signature until the WF Take-over maximizing the project value

Facilitate and promote the coordination with other packages functions for identifying R&O at interfaces

Facilitates the correct Handover to PM execution team in case the project is won

  • As per S&MK team request, Responsible of closing the best project planning proposal for the company. Look for the best proposal, in time and quality, fulfilling the client requirements and maximizing the profit for the Company
  • Assessment of the client inputs provided by Sales
  • Analyze the Request for Proposal/Quotation data and WF proposed draft contract to identify the relevant planning issues, invoicing milestones, LDs and specific requirements requested by the client
  • Coordination with the TPM, sales and IPT to monitor the product definition in the PDS and determination of the PBS leadtime an cost
  • Coordination with industrialization for the MPBS & MPBSf leadtimes.
  • Coordination with the OPS PLA to determine the best sourcing based in the TCO calculation, the production available capacity, product configuration and the production leadtimes.
  • Coordination with Logistics and Construction to determine the LOG and CONS strategy, lead times, ratios, bottle necks affecting to the global integrity of the planning
  • Identify opportunities to increase the project added value, covering all of the planned activities (BOP, Industrial, Logistics, Construction, Commissioning and Takeover) and in coordination with the involved Functions
  • Upload the agreed planning into SAPP/OASIS/Other and keep it updated upon changes in Order Entry & Fcast cycles.
  • Leading the Project Plan validation meetings with the Industrial Functions and/or Sales.
  • Activated projects Handover to Execution Planning team.
