We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager - IT Service Experience to be part of our
IT Service Management team**:

The role:


Under the supervision and guidance of your Product Group Manager based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for the product Service Experience (Incident, Request, Knowledge, Problem, Continuous Improvement and Experience management).

It includes further developing the Product focusing on providing the best users ́ experience and building strategic partnerships to optimize the value for money of the associated services and solution.

You will be working closely across the Nestlé IT organization, directly with the markets, as well as relevant Product & platform Managers.


You are responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and strategy execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery, including the users ́ adoption and satisfaction.

You are accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including ITIL practices, service models and global standards.


On the delivery side of the product, you are responsible for positioning your product to increase the efficiency of the Nestle IT support organization, by engaging in transformation projects.

You deliver solutions that support Nestlé's initiative to simplify the life of the end users. You provide digital solutions at the forefront of Generative AI and automation technologies. You build partnerships with IT companies to provide efficient services to the markets.

You manage your stakeholders, including Product Stream Operations, Business Relationship Managers, Functional Relationship Managers, the IT Zone Heads and Zone Functional relationship Managers as well as the team(s) developing new capabilities that bring value to your products and product groups.


What you'll do:


  • Be responsible for developing a product strategy and vision aimed at maximizing value for the Nestlé users. To do so, the Product Manager collaborates with the community of the Project and Service Operations Managers (PSOM), the relevant Product and Platform Managers, the Solution Architect and the Regional IT Service Management Leads.
  • Build and own an engaging Service Experience strategy which increases the performance and efficiency of the IT support organization and the employee experience.
  • Manage the relationship with the selected IT vendors, establish the governance between the markets and the vendors, develop Vendor management capabilities within hisher team.
  • Owns the strategy and communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to market & sell, to deliver & operate and to measure its success.
  • Ensures product contribution to the business value.
  • Increases product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction as well as other value indicators.
  • Creates the context, selects talent, develops people, drives performance and recognizes achievements.

Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, thereof 3+ years in IT Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in effectively managing crossfunctional teams, influencing key stakeholders, across the organization and within complex contexts and dealing with IT Crisis Management and taskforce initiatives to address services and quality.
  • 2+ years ́ experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics managing and controlling KPIs and task farces to accomplish targets.
