ROL DESCRIPTION

Drafting and reviewing IT and commercial contracts (support to the procurement department when negotiating the contracts with suppliers).
With the support of an external law firm, preparation and submission of legal documents relating to corporate matters of the company.
Coordinate relevant legal files and documents (e.g. submission of the Annual Accounts of the Company, renewal of the Legal Identity Number).
Prepare the Non
Financial Report of the Company.

Requirements:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Qualified lawyer with 68 years of experience as inhouse lawyer.
Experience in Corporate, IT contracts and Commercial Law.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Proactive
Well organised
Attention to the detail
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Discrete and reliable. It is a must to maintain strict confidentiality about several issues.
Resilient and persistent
Capacity to work transversally with different areas ( finance, procurement, etc)
