Seleccionamos para ellos un/a Internal Recruiter para atender las necesidades crecientes de reclutamiento, selección y análisis salarial de las posiciones de estructura en las oficinas (comerciales, reclutadores especialistas en IT y administrativos).Será responsable de realizar estudios salariales, analizar ofertas de la competencia, estudiar las necesidades de reclutamiento interno del personal de estructura en las oficinas y realizar los procesos de selección de personal end to end hasta la presentación de candidaturas a los managers responsables de decidir.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
1.Analizar y estudiar las necesidades de reclutamiento internas en todas las oficinas de nuestro cliente en España para asegurarse de la presentación de candidatos adaptada a las necesidades y plazos.2.Gestionar la selección de personal interno para perfiles básicos y de estructura (con inglés) en las oficinas centrales y de servicio (becarios, administrativos, reclutadores especializados en IT, responsables de oficina, comerciales y KAM principalmente) 3.Realizar entrevistas telefónicas, presenciales y preselección de candidatos para presentar a los managers responsables con valoración competencial y de adecuación.
Coordinar las agendas de entrevistas.4.Mantener una comunicación adecuada con los candidatos proporcionándoles una experiencia positiva y manteniéndoles informados de la evolución de los procesos.5.Detectar y resolver posibles problemas de funcionamiento en los equipos de las oficinas, proponiendo soluciones y siendo proactivo para que estén siempre en una buena situación en cuanto a personas incorporadas, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de las oficinas para proporcionar un servicio de reclutamiento eficiente y de alta calidad.6.Relacionarse con consultoras externas para coordinar la búsqueda de perfiles de mayor complejidad.7.Realizar seguimiento de procesos de selección hasta la carta oferta de incorporación.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
1.Experiencia previa de en torno a 3 años en reclutamiento y selección de personal en español e inglés, con un enfoque preferiblemente en selección de personal interno, especialmente con perfiles comerciales, administrativos y de reclutadores IT.2.Nivel mínimo de inglés B2+, siendo valorable un nivel C1 o C2.3.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.4.Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y tomar decisiones en un entorno dinámico.5.Conocimientos básicos de sistemas CRM, ATS y herramientas de reclutamiento (portales de empleo y LinkedIn) 6.Capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos de selección de manera simultánea y de forma autónoma.7.Proactividad y habilidad para identificar y abordar eficientemente los problemas y necesidades de reclutamiento con un rol de servicio a las oficinas.8.Rol técnico/a de selección con enfoque específico en perfiles limitados.
