Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the market of each brand managed: competitors, pricing positioning, new launches, strategy, commercial approach, positioning, etc.
  • Elaborate and execute the strategic plan: messages, positioning, materials, and actions.
  • Create commercial campaigns based on the market knowledge
  • Manage the digital tools available for each brand (website, social media, etc.)
  • Communicate internal and externally the plan and be proactive in ways to achieve it
  • Consolidate and improve performance of existing brands
  • Evaluate and create the business plan if needed of new opportunities to improve the portfolio
  • Thorough forecasting to make sure there is no stock issue
  • P&L control and tracking
  • Marketing A&P followup
  • Sales team training to make sure the key concepts of the brands are understood
  • Marketing operations tasks: purchase orders creation, promotional materials warehouse tool management and supply sales team with the necessary materials for visits and events

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree required in life sciences; MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • At least 2 years' of experience in marketing positions managing pharmaceutical products related to primary care preferable in pain area
  • Experience in field roles, such as pharmaceutical sales would be a plus
  • Results oriented with track record of success in completing projects. Ability to prioritize and execute on key drivers for business growth
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and power point).
  • Experience with omnichannel is desirable
  • Strong communication english skills, both oral and written
  • Skillful with processes and tools.
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Good innovation & creativity set of skills
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of time
