The team
Como Account Leaders te responsabilizas de desarrollar y mantener la relación con los clientes, ejerciendo una supervisión de las operaciones y su rentabilidad.
Your role
Como parte del equipo, tendrás una cartera de laboratorios asignados de la que te responsabilizarás junto a tu Manager.
Además, mantendrás una relación permanente con el cliente, analizando y mejorando los servicios que ofrecemos y su rentabilidad. Para ello, utilizarás distintos KPI ́s y varios cuadros de control. También ejecutarás y supervisarás la correcta facturación de los servicios acordados con el cliente y liderarás reuniones periódicas con los laboratorios asignados.
Serás el nexo entre el cliente y la ejecución de los servicios por parte del resto de la organización (operaciones, call centre, calidad, financiero,...) es fundamental para asegurar que las necesidades del laboratorio se transmiten adecuadamente y se ejecutan de forma rentable y sostenible . Es el responsable de asegurar que se cumplen los objetivos de ambas partes, y de lograr elevar la percepción del servicio por parte del cliente.
