Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:


You will lead, manage motivate and inspire a team of AEs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve and exceed sales targets.


  • Sales and activation Strategy: you will have to develop, test and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the markets we are active in : Spanish, English and German.
  • Performance Management: You will improve our tools to track and understand your team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Sales Coaching: You will conduct sales training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts to assist in business planning and decisionmaking.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, including SDR, Affiliates, Marketing, Product, and CX, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Client Acquisition: in Harbiz we believe in Leading by example, you will actively contribute to client acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership with at least 1+ years in a leadership position, e.g. as Lead of an Account Executive team.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills. At least 1 year experience leading a sales team
  • Experience in a Startup (at least 1 year)
  • Service and customer obsession mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive sales strategies.
