- Ensure maximum stock availability through weekly purchasing to meet customer demand while staying within inventory budgets;
- Provide weekly forecasts to management on inventory and associated costs;
- Monitor sales against forecasts and adjust stock holding within budgets;
- Maintain vendor purchase price lists accurately in SAP;
- Conduct weekly financial reconciliations;
- Collaborate with vendors to achieve goals and objectives;
- Identify and resolve problem stock areas;
- Supervise and develop IPP Coordinators;
- Achieve set targets and objectives consistently;
- Work closely with BM's and vendors;
- Own and manage ad hoc projects as necessary;
- Represent TD SYNNEX professionally at all times.
- Strong relationship management skills;
- Effective communication skills at all levels;
- Proven experience in inventory forecasting and business planning;
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized;
- Team player with a drive for creating a positive work environment;
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and inventory systems (SAP R3);
- Knowledge of Purchasing and inventory principles (CIPS qualified desirable).
