The role

Join TD SYNNEX as a Strategic Planner, where you'll be the mastermind behind maintaining the perfect balance of supply and demand for your assigned vendors' products, avoiding both shortages and excess stock.

As part of the Central Procurement Advanced Solutions team, you'll take the lead in forecasting product demand.

Collaborate with sales teams to navigate market trends and customer needs seamlessly, contributing to the optimization of our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Stock Availability and Purchasing :
Ensure maximum stock availability within budget through weekly purchasing

Reporting and Financial Management:

Provide weekly forecasts, including monthend views on inventory and costs.
Conduct precise financial reconciliations and maintain vendor price lists in SAP.

Strategic Inventory Management:

Monitor and adjust sales against forecasts to maintain stock profiles within set budgets.
Develop and review quarterly business plans with vendors and Business Managers.

Continuous Improvement and Other Responsibilities:

Proactively manage inventory, minimize costs, and address stock issues.
Supervise Procurement Specialists, achieve targets, and handle ad hoc projects, owning and managing them until completion
Represent TD SYNNEX professionally at all times.

About you:

Advanced level of
English:

-
Analytical skills for problem-solving and experience in inventory forecasting.

Strong
communication and team
collaboration skills.
Desirable
:IBP knowledge.
Strong
negotiation skills; proactive and selfmotivated

Time management: organization skills with ability to plan, prioritize and maintain focus;

An enthusiastic
team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment;
Strong attention to
detail;
Able to work and achieve
deadlines under pressure in fast changing environment
Good working knowledge of
MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and inventory replenishment systems (
SAP R3) would be advantageous;
Knowledge of Purchasing, inventory principles and practices (CIPS qualified desirable).
IBP knowledge desirable

Working Conditions:

Hybrid, we go to the office 2 days per week.

40minute: Interview with a Recruiter to check for cultural fit.
