DIGITAL EXPERIENCE OPTIMIZATION TRAINEE

THE JOB:

The Digital Experience Optimization trainee will join the Digital Experience team to support Conversion Rate Optimisation activities.

They will be responsible for suggesting ideas for new business opportunities and AB testing and assisting with creating web and app assets.

Please note that the successful trainee must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.


DURATION: 6 months, starting as soon as possible


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Propose UX improvements across the digital journey
  • Design A/B tests (Qubit)
  • Analyse the web and app data to look for business opportunities (Adobe Analytics)
  • Analyse user sessions to understand online behaviour (Decibel, Quantum Metric)

A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE WOULD:

- have English language proficiency skills
- have a sharp eye for detail, and is accurate and precise in their actions
- has good PowerPoint and design skills
- be organized, proactive and a strong team player
- be able to prioritise and work within tight deadlines
- be trustworthy, with a high level of passion and integrity
- be able to work in Europe
