Adtec and Audience Manager to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group
Responsibilities:
CDP Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operation of the Customer Data Platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate and synchronise data from various sources into the CDP.
- Develop and maintain customer profiles, segments, and personas within the CDP to enable personalised marketing campaigns.
Audience Management:
- Define and implement audience strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and customer journey mapping.
- Utilize audience insights to optimise marketing campaigns and tailor messaging to specific audience segments.
- Continuously monitor audience performance and make datadriven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Adtech Integration and Optimization:
- Work closely with Adtech platforms and tools to define tracking, tags, and pixels for accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimise Adtech setups and configurations.
- Monitor ad performance, A/B testing, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct indepth customer data analysis to derive actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and audience trends.
- Identify opportunities for datadriven optimisations and enhancements in audience targeting and Adtech utilisation.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of audience data.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on audience management best practices and CDP usage.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 1 or 2 years in managing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and audience management in an Ecommerce or digital marketing context.
- Strong understanding of Adtech tools, including ad servers, tracking systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and the ability to create personalised marketing campaigns.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and security.
- Experience in the hospitality or hotelling industry is a plus
