Within this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's visual representation, emphasizing Brand Image, commerciality, efficiency, and consistency in the customer's omnichannel experience.

You will also lead changes impacting the customer's omnichannel experience in the store, working closely with the store's CO-Manager to coordinate various departments involved.

Additionally, you will oversee tracking both quantitative and qualitative results of proposed changes, using KPI measurement tools to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure implementation and upkeep of corporate image - Launch and review any new image standards in the store - Plan, adapt, and monitor commercial spaces alongside sector leaders - Communicate and advise on the latest Concept standards in-store - Manage resources and profitability, analyzing and reporting KPIs to the store's CO-Manager - Lead cultural change and facilitate efficient work habits
