Responsabilities:


You will be involved in:

  • Design and develop MEP systems, including plumbing, experience with pumps, heat reuse, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and electrical systems for industrial and institutional buildings.
  • Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the feasibility and requirements of each project.
  • Create detailed MEP plans, specifications, and drawings, using software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other modeling software.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, and other team members to ensure proper integration and coordination of MEP systems into the overall building design.
  • Provide technical support to contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders during the installation phase.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all MEP systems meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and design problems during construction
  • Experience in liquid cooling and Hyperscale MEP projects are a plus

To perform in this job, you'll likely have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or +6 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional engineering license (PE) preferred
  • Experience of 6 years with MEP design, project management, and construction
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards for MEP systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP software programs
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Willingness to travel to job sites and work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent English is a must
