Responsabilities:

You will be involved in:

Design and develop MEP systems, including plumbing, experience with pumps, heat reuse, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and electrical systems for industrial and institutional buildings.
Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the feasibility and requirements of each project.
Create detailed MEP plans, specifications, and drawings, using software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other modeling software.
Work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, and other team members to ensure proper integration and coordination of MEP systems into the overall building design.
Provide technical support to contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders during the installation phase.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all MEP systems meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues and design problems during construction
Experience in liquid cooling and Hyperscale MEP projects are a plus

To perform in this job, you'll likely have:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or +6 years of relevant experience.
Professional engineering license (PE) preferred
Experience of 6 years with MEP design, project management, and construction
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards for MEP systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP software programs
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Willingness to travel to job sites and work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Fluent English is a must
