- Ph D/Masters in CS related fields with knowledge in quantum computing
- Experience in ML and/or Quantum Chemistry and/or Optimziation such that the candidate should be able to write and review lines of algorithm using a range of programming languages
- 5+ years of data engineering and data science experience within specific industries.
- Demonstrated publication record
- Familiarity with classical approaches for optimization, machine learning and linear algebra.
- Familiar with Qiskit software.
- Excellent ideation, facilitation and communications skills
- Detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary.
- Strong candidates will have skills in some of the areas (e.g Chemistry, ML and Optimization) and demonstrated through technical publications
- Experienced in delivering a commercial application
- Proficiency in Python with good knowledge of Jupyter, Tensor, Numpy

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidates will possess a scientific &technical background that enables them to develop advanced Quantum algorithms and implementation them for industry applications.
The candidate will have the technical depth and "hands-on" experience with the current status of art in Quantum algorithm and develop a new type of Quantum algorithm to solve specific industry challenges.
Also, the candidate should be able to communicate the difficult technical concept to key stakeholders such as scientists, engineering teams, and C-Level executives.
This requires deep familiarity with classical state-of-the-art approaches to business problems, as well as target use cases.As the ideal candidate, you will have familiarity with different classical approaches for optimization, machine learning, or/ and Chemistry from 5+ years of industry experience.
You will also be an advisor to customers and internal teams; helping develop the quantum computing knowledge and skills of solutions architects, as well as the technical field community.
This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of science and technological transformations, as a key technical leader so the ideal candidates also possess not only a detail-oriented mindset, but also strong creativity and communications skills coupled with interpersonal skills in leading other technical team members.
