In Summary:


The Job:


  • Focus on payment integrations documenting requirements and working with suppliers and development teams to offer new payment methods, solutions, and opportunities. Creation and rollout of operational documentation to support teams relating to new payment methods, features and enhancements.
  • Focus on currency FX relating to jurisdictions with challenging regulations regarding account funding and movements.
  • Discovery: prototyping, specifications, user testing.
  • Management and guidance of development process (development and QA teams) through to release including demos, user acceptance, and regression testing.
  • Management and control of deposit/cashout methods offered, limits, currencies, etc via internal reports.
  • Communication with payment service providers regarding new and existing products.
  • Monitoring and improvement of KPIs relevant to the performance of features and payment methods.
  • Coordination with Account Managers for touch points during the release cycle post and prior to release.

What you already have:


  • Experience in Payments and Payments & Risk in the Gaming industry.
  • Experience creating product requirements and specifications for complex products, features and tools, using the right requirements format for the built product, from classic specifications to more agile discovery in sprints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
