Your profile

  • Culinary degree or certification is beneficial.
  • Food handling certificate.
  • High level of English and Spanish is essential.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a kitchen role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • A team player, eager to contribute and assist wherever needed in the kitchen.


This position is for a passionate and aspiring Chef de Partie who is eager to learn and develop their culinary skills within a luxury hospitality environment.

You will work under the guidance of our experienced chefs, assisting in various kitchen duties and contributing to the creation of exceptional dishes.

Your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Les Roches Marbella, providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience.


Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen area.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are readily available.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling protocols.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive working environment, embracing and promoting our establishment's values.
