What you'll be doing?_**- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way

You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements:

_ What skills & experience you'll bring to us?_

A fluent level of Greek with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
High level of English (Both written and spoken)
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
A professional outlook and proactive approach to problemsolving

Benefits:

Contract: Permanent - (

Working days/Hours**: Monday to Friday between 10:00 am - 16:00 pm

Salary: 1,025€ gross per month (
_Salary based on full-time 16,000€ per year_)

Holidays: 24 per calendar year

Hybrid model: Tuesday and Thursday office

Training: 3 weeks
