What you'll be doing?
- As you work, you will be using leadingedge diagnostic tools to help guide clients in solving issues.
- You will be looking to respond to our customers in a timely manner and aiming to have a firstresponse resolution where possible.
- You'll be a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on our service and brand values.
- Working alongside our internal and external teams to look into and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
What skills & experience you'll bring to us?
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent level of written & spoken Flemish with a high level of English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
- Have good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Solutionoriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
- Wellorganised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure

- Salary: €24,000 gross/yearly_._
- Contract: Permanent contract (1month probation period).
- Holidays: 24 holidays per calendar year.
