Descripción
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and assisting with technical issues
- Management and maintenance of user accounts, access rights, and security settings
- Participation in the implementation of new HR technologies and tools, especially in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
- Coordination with IT support for complex technical issues
- Point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes, policies, and systems, especially for SAP SuccessFactors
Requirements:
- Completed education or degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Basic technical knowledge, IT skills, and a good understanding of processes
- Solid expertise in user support, error analysis, and resolution
- Strong communication skills and service orientation with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Teamplayer and flexibility
- You are able to communicate proactively and confidently in English (B2). Speaking German is a plus.
