Job description:


Find your place at Amaris Consulting as
Salesforce Scrum Master in
Barcelona (hybrid) for one of our main partners of the electric energy field
.

Start your new adventure in an international and agile environment, by providing coaching and guidance to team members on how to effectively use agile tools and techniques in the context of Installed Base projects.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Facilitating the team's
    agile meetings, including daily standups, planning meetings, and review sessions.
  • Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and other
    stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the scrum process across the product management and specific projects.
  • Monitoring the team's progress and identifying areas for improvement in their daily workload.
  • Supporting the team in continuously improving their
    Scrum & Kanban process as it relates to Installed Base projects.
  • Helping the team identify and remove obstacles that may be hindering their progress.
  • Ensuring that team members and stakeholders have a clear understanding of their roles and
    responsibilities within the demand process.
  • Helping the team identify and prioritize Installed
    Base work items.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • Minimum of
    4+ years' experience; 3+ years in IT
    agile leadership management/program/experience.
  • Great knowledge of
    Salesforce is essential.
  • 2+ years' experience working in
    product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (
    technical background required).
  • Deep knowledge on
    Agile Methodologies,
    Scrum and Kanban frameworks, scaled & distributed teams. Good knowhow with
    Atlassian tools (Jira Software, EazyBI and Confluence).

Fluency in English is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus

    implementation of agile methodologies in distributed teams.
