Job description:

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the field of eCommerce or in a similar role, connecting business and technology.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Proficiency in documentation, taking requirements, user stories.
Familiarity with project management methodologies in an Agile environment.
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
Provide input on the feasibility, benefits, and risks associated with proposed solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance business analysis capabilities.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication.
