PAGONXT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS (PNMS) is looking for a Market Product Strategist, within the Global Products Management Team, based in one of PagoNxt or Getnet locations.**PagoNxt has the aim to consolidate payment businesses around the world through a differential value proposition in a business with great potential, creating the conditions and synergies to compete globally with the major international players in the sector.


Based on the unique product approach and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions is expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets.

Nowadays, Getnet is the second largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As Market Product Strategist, reporting to the Global Product Team, in close cooperation with Getnet local teams, you will be responsible of defining the product opportunity, strategy and roadmap for merchant business, together with the local Getnet and with the Global Products teams.

The person who holds the position of Market Product Strategist will be accountable of specific markets and will be in charge for each one of the markets to provide:

  • Heat map of opportunities: addressable market, segments, emerging trends
  • Analysis of income opportunities for new products or services
  • Competitors mapping (features, pricing, strategy) at a global, regional and local level
  • Local Market Trends, relevance, and opportunities
  • Anticipate and assess regulatory potential changes that can impact our strategy or delivery roadmap or that can be translated into business opportunities.
  • Fit the global products to the local strategy and promote the local benchmarks within the different acquirers.
  • Build the market product roadmap and prioritize the request that will be submitted to the demand management team.
  • Owner of the "local only" products request pipeline to the Product Managers
  • Interaction and support to the local Getnets in the interaction with Santander network and other strategic partners that can influence strategy.
  • Work hand by hand with the acquirer's product and operations team and with the global product managers to converge local and global strategies into a single delivery roadmap.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE
- +10 years of proven track records in Payments strategy for acquiring business on international environments

  • Consultancy Background
  • Business case / P&L definition and creation
  • Instore & eCom technology and solutions
  • Value Added Services for acquirers and merchants on top of payment capabilities
  • Product development lifecycle in agile framework
  • Interaction with commercial and product management teams.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Required

  • Payment, acquiring, gateways, transaction flows, around merchants and payments, from the business and technical sides
  • Payment and Value Added Services value proposition for merchants and acquirers


  • Language skills

  • High level of English and Spanish.
