- Lead digital listening and explore new channels to enhance Brand Team insights. Synthesize cross-stakeholder insights to form a marketing perspective on Brand issues, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to organize and conduct market research and gather insights to guide Brand Planning and the Patient Journey.
- Optimize channel mix for Marketing and cross-functional campaigns. Provide guidance on the best use of channels to ensure consistent use of the Brand Story by Brand and In-Field Teams.
- Manage the tactical design and implementation of marketing initiatives, including innovative tactics for holistic solutions, multi-channel opportunities, and customized content for CLM.
- Engage actively with the In-Field Team and oversee the CLM process to support IFT in tactical execution.
- Develop and suggest marketing inputs to the Brand Plan with a focus on patient-centricity. Keep abreast of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a preference for a diverse background in healthcare and other industries, including sales exposure in any sector.
- Desirable experience in onco-hematology marketing.
- Comprehensive understanding of the market, customer needs, stakeholder requirements, and issues relevant to the therapy area, healthcare landscape, and its evolution.
- Proficiency in digital tools and experience in their application.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry practices, policies, and protocols.
- Ability to demonstrate strong patient empathy and insights into customer needs when crafting tailored messages and materials.
- Effective project and team management skills to ensure successful implementation of marketing-driven initiatives.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (for non-English speaking regions).
