Your Profile:

You have excellent communication skills in French and you are fluent in English
You know to identify problems and find a solution
You are a salesoriented person
You have experience in CRM or sales desirable
You are interested in B2C sales and technology
You are confident, disciplined and selfmotivated

Your Responsibilities:

Help customers to identify and understand technical inquiries
Identify the causes of potential technical issues
Analyse collected information to improve service
Guide customers remotely to resolve technical problems (inbound and outbound calls)
Make appointments with technicians when the issue cannot be solved remotely
Build customer loyalty and offer new products
