Talen Solutions manages the Nissan CITIUS/GRADUATE Programme.

A programme where we look for the best talent to join one of the most technologically advanced companies in the world within the automotive sector.

1st year of university agreement with UAB (12 months) + 2nd year of Graduate Internship months contract).


Duration: 12+12 months - Full time.


Profile type:
Junior profile or recent university/master's degree. Maybe no work experience or maximum 1-2 years of training/work experience. With potential to learn and be able to join the company in the future as a permanent employee.


Outline and Responsibilities:

Collect business requirements and define a solution that meets its expectations
Analysis & Requirements Gathering - engaging business counterparts to identify problems and opportunities, to formalize business requirements
Design and develop software and hardware functionalities based on the solution defined
Appreciation of Design - functional design of IS/IT systems, different technologies, and architecture
Ensure that the solution developed meets the expectation in terms of business
Active role and involvement in a strategic project and exposure to project management techniques to ensure quality, cost and time constraints remain a priority at all times
Project Management Techniques - Agile & Waterfall
Collaboration with colleagues across all IS/IT teams including software development, infrastructure, information security and enterprise integration


Experience and Qualifications:

Preferably qualified to degree level in IT, computing, or Technology related discipline
Demonstrable passion for technology and innovation
An understanding of Project Management techniques
An understanding of modern systems delivery including development tools, infrastructure, techniques, frameworks, and approaches
Pragmatic problem-solving approach, with the ability to make decisions and take measured risks
Strong communication skills enabling the ability to work in a cross functional and diverse environment
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinker
