As a Warehouse Manager you are responsible for directing all activities in the facility necessary to operate and support the warehouse at maximum efficiency.

Our warehouse is located in La Vall d'Uixó.

Your role highlights - your responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the overall warehouse operation to include process, receiving, packaging goods, goods return and inventory control.
You will develop and implement procedures, workflows and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and distribution activities.
You will manage the overall logistics/warehouse management and coordinate the daytoday activities of the logistics/warehouse operations.
You will plan and implement the strategies in utilization of space and delivery of the products.
You will be a team leader, coaching and providing necessary guidance to warehouse staff.
You will coordinate with the Quality Team for the compliance of quality control processes of the products and certifications requirements fulfillment.

Requirements:

Studies in Agricultural or Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agronomy or similar. Master in Logistics or Supply chain management is valued.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
At least 3 years of experience leading the operation processes of a warehouse in a similar position.
General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory control processes.
Knowledge of the operation of a fresh produce warehouse and temperature controlled operations is a plus
Fork Lift Certified is a plus
Knowledge in Fruit & Vegetables is a plus.
High level of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fastpaced environment, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams, excellent communication, excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
