To provide the required support to the Launch Management Coordinator, for the execution of launches of new products and transfers in existing products.
Cooperate in the maintenance of the Launch Management tracking tools.
To initiate and follow up the internal process either for the local approval of new prices or for the approval of changes in existing prices.
To update Viatris' pricing database at local level.
To be local point of contact with the Global Pricing Team in order to answer queries on the pricing database and make any necessary adjustments on it.
To participate in internal audits performed on pricing database and pricing process.
To coordinate signature of public deeds of sale in front of the notary.
To manage the request for preparation of contracts related to the Operations area.
To manage purchase orders related to the Operations area.
To manage invoices and expenses related to the Operations area.
To manage travel and accommodation arrangements for people of the Operations area.
To manage shipments and deliveries related to the Operations area.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Undergraduate education
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Spanish Pharmaceutical market environment with respective responsibilities in the current job.
Advanced level of English, writing and speaking.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relations both internally and externally
Ability to foresee upcoming opportunities, challenges or obstacles and proactively set measures to maximize/ minimize possible impact in running business
