About the job.At IOMED we know data quality is what makes us strong. We are looking for a strategic position that will make sure our data meets the standards we look for. You will be in charge of leading the processes of data annotation, collection and verification.
To this aim, you will supervise a team of data annotators, and you will design the processes to ensure the quality of this data.
We are looking for a highly proactive individual, who has experience with data management and analytics, also with coordinating and designing processes end to end.

TareasYou will have to feel comfortable giving support to the rest of the team and you can definitely expect to:
- Oversee the processes of Data Quality Verification and Data Collection.
- Design metrics and methods to observe the quality of the gathered data.
- Develop tools that implement the methods above, from querying databases to visualization
- DSupervise a team of remote annotators.
- Lead the development of improvements in our annotation system, developing frameworks and guidelines for new annotation projects.
- Partner with the technical and clinical teams to understand data annotation requirements.
Requisitos:
Hard Skills
- A degree on Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a similar area.
- Experience working on different projects involving data curation, data collection, and data maintenance, preferably of NLP corpora.
- Experience leading projects from scratch.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL.
- In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a wide range of areas and adapts quickly to new situations.
- A proactive mindset, with creativity to design new solutions.
