Currently we are looking for a

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Performing aircraft maintenance tasks according to CAE and aviation standards.
• Taking care of MRO tools and equipment, tool handling.
• Keeping maintenance documentation up to date.
• Following Senior Engineer's and Technical Manager instructions.
• Assisting Certifying Staff to perform daily duties, troubleshoot and rectify defects.
• Working according to approved company processes
• Working with company's IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth aircraft maintenance process.
• Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles
• Setting and achieving shortterm and longterm goals in accordance with the company's strategic goals
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

• Has demonstrated expertise and effectiveness of the specific of Maintenance field.
• Has knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of a Maintenance field.
• Has more than one year of experience in automotive or aviation industry as a Mechanic.
• Has excellent skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has good conceptional computer literacy.
• Is able to work independently and is selfmotivated and willing to take ownership.
• Knows how to manage several complex projects at once and solve problems before they appear.
• Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise.
• Uses Spanish and English languages at an effectively operational and independent level.
• Is flexible with good time management skills.
• Has respectful and positive attitude.
• Wants to learn every day and thinks aviation could be the love of one's life.
