Job Description:

Position Purpose


To lead the roll out of the COLT project for Europe being responsible for the implementation of the system and the necessary support in the assigned Service Centres.

To assist Service Centres Carriers & Others with COLT systems implementation and with any problems related to the project; to filter support requests and direct them to the appropriate systems or people as well as providing immediate first level support and training to resolve usage difficulties.

To drive usage of the Carrier Mobile App Integrated Logistics Platform ensuring the adoption of this tool across EU. To develop and create training materials. To provide ongoing support, training, and document control for the COLT processes.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Primary focus is to drive the implementation of the COLT Programme across the European Service Centres including the roll out of Carrier Mobile App Integrated Logistics Platform across EU working with the CMA Manager
  • To deputise for the Programme Manager
  • To gather the feedback, requirements, and issues from the implementations, identify gaps in the system raising change requests when needed, review solution proposals from IT, lead the testing of the new functionalities and bug fixes, complete UATs, communicate the new releases & train the whole Supply Chain on the new features.
  • To communicate with the IT team and facilitate the resolution to the supply chain issues
  • Develop, create, and deploy training materials and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the transition to COLT systems into the service centres based on Global standards
  • Be part of the support structure for the daily issues being faced by the Supply Chain deploying COLT and Carrier Mobile App Integrated Logistics Platform and the resolution of those issues
  • Evaluate support requests and direct to the appropriate system or person for resolution
  • Monitor systems usage for major fluctuations developing the necessary reports and proactively communicate to carriers or service centres to accomplish target of system usage and project deadlines
  • To track the issues raised and escalate when problems linger
  • Stakeholder management, CTQ analysis to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
  • Desirable Qualifications: Green Belt/ Project Management
Experience

  • Supply chain experience
  • Service Centre Procedures
  • SAP
  • Service Now
  • IT background
Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal, presentational, and networking skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills including negotiating, risk mitigation and problem resolution
  • Team player but able to work autonomously
  • Able to create multi modal training materials
  • Able to manage and maintain documentation to ensure global consistency
  • Experience with logistics and supply chain industries
  • Experience with working on multi stakeholder projects
  • Experience with working closely with CHEP IT
Languages

  • Essential: Fluent English & German
