    The Role
    As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant reporting to the Head of Platform Enablement, you will lead a team of consultants to help clients enhance their customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your responsibilities will cover the entire transformation journey, from gathering requirements to selecting and implementing technology, migrating data, and operationalizing the software.

    The Platform Enablement team offers the following services:

    • Front-end platform configuration
    • Campaign/journey migration
    • New client onboarding and transitioning to the Managed Service team following Merkle's protocols

    You will champion Salesforce solutions within the company, collaborate with Principal Consultants to refine our services, and contribute to our growth.

    Life as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Consultant at Merkle

    You will serve as the Senior Campaign Consultant on new client projects, supporting various aspects such as:

    • Migration and Implementation planning
    • Campaign design
    • Data design
    • Campaign operations stage gate
    • Campaign execution
    • Governance and control
    • Training
    • Best practice consultancy

    Additionally, you may lead a team of 2-4 Campaign Consultants, providing guidance, training, and fostering career development opportunities.

    Qualifications

    What we are looking for:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in data manipulation and customer activation through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Proven track record in leading migration projects
    • Expertise in assessing client needs, making recommendations, and estimating project costs
    • Proficiency in relational data, database marketing, and reporting tools
    • Strong team collaboration skills
    • Previous experience in managing campaign teams preferred
