About the position
We are growing and are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager Foodservice Belux to join our Sales team. You have the opportunity to unlock Plant Power within the Belux Foodservice market. You will join a team of people with an entrepreneurial spirit, that you could share knowledge and learn from.

The flat structure will give you the ownership & responsibility so you can make a real impact on the business.

As Junior KAM Foodservice you will be responsible for local and national (Key) Accounts (Chains & CPU). In this role, you will have a focus on both the commercial (restaurants/QSR/CPU) as the social (care/catering) network. You will be responsible for both maintaining current relationships as well as new business.

As Junior KAM Foodservice in Upfield you will have an exciting opportunity to own your customer plans and build strong customer relationships in order to grow our business.

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the business we have at (Key) Accounts in the different Foodservice channels.

Your role is also to launch successful plant-based concepts which help and inspire chefs to create delicious and healthy menus in a convenient way.

You will be establishing and securing a great relationship between Upfield and the customers. You will be identifying the needs of our customers and translating those needs in according to customer value propositions. You will be developing Joint-Business-Plans in co creation with (Key) Accounts. You will be showing our customers our category and consumer knowledge. You will be securing world class launches of new products and assortment. You will be working in cross-category teams with marketing, category management, supply chain and finance to drive business performance. You will continuously evaluate and follow up on the business with our customers. You will be securing internal and external administration in close co-operation with our sales operations team.

You have great communication and presentation skills. You have strong negotiating skills. You have passion for food. You have a proven track record in Foodservice is a plus, not a must. You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

You are Fluent in
Dutch, French and English.
