    About the Role:

    • Evolving our infrastructure platform to create self-service components for our engineering team and millions of users worldwide.
    • Collaborating with Product and Infrastructure teams to develop top-notch infrastructure components.
    • Designing and implementing tools to enhance service availability, scalability, observability, and latency.
    • Increasing reliability awareness in other teams and assisting in implementing reliability principles.
    • Defining service level indicators and sharing on-call responsibilities.
    • Contributing to recruiting efforts to expand our engineering team.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong expertise in networking, containers, monitoring, and programming languages.
    • Natural inclination towards automation.
    • Effective communication skills and a proactive mindset.
    • Embrace diversity, humility, and simplicity.
    • Comfortable with expressing yourself in English.
    • Experience in identifying and overcoming challenges.
    • Passion for simplicity and continuous improvement.

    Potential Projects:

    • Enhancing our kubernetes setup.
    • Improving our network policies and service mesh.
    • Developing our time-series monitoring platform.
    • Expanding our distributed tracing capabilities.
    • Scaling our logging platform to meet business demands.
