    Job Description Summary : This role sits within the Havas Play Global team and reports directly into the Global Managing Director of Havas Play. This is an exciting role, in a team that is just getting started and has so much potential for growth and development. It's a chance for someone to work in a global team, working with multiple different markets and a chance to develop their skills in a number of different areas. It will also give an opportunity to someone to work on their business development skills and allow them to give strategic recommendations both internally and externally.

    Job Description :

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market co-ordination with over 20+ countries worldwide

    Engage local teams by building a connected community and contributing/leading in knowledge sharing culture

    Developing global processes to then be deployed in local markets

    Tracking and reporting of key commercials in markets

    Support on Global tasks and projects such as Pitches, Service Offering Projects etc.

    Support Global Team in maintaining an updated project calendar for Global Leadership team

    Develop an understanding of core service offering to then contribute to local and global workstreams

    Be a point of contact for local teams to support, train and advise them to resolve challenges and to further their understanding of global processes and guidelines

    Be a strategic advisor to Global Managing Director and identify key areas for growth for Havas Play

    Writing and producing content for Global Social + Communications channels

    New business prospecting

    Global Client sales and opportunity scouting

    Push Havas Play case studies forwards for awards

    Experience:

    Previous experience in Entertainment/Culture Focussed Agency

    Experience working in a global role or with global brands

    Strong Project Management experience necessary
