Key responsibilities for this role include:

Play the lead technical role for Veeva CRM by reviewing business requirements, proposing solutions to the development teams, have hands on keyboard for any technical Proof of Concept, perform technical UAT and driving technical conversations to streamline our global CRM landscape
Works with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery and getting the most value from the platform.
Responsible for the design and documentation associated.
As an IT liaison to the business, this position acts as an internal consultant with the goal of improving processes and identifying opportunities for innovation through building and maintaining relationships with functional leaders.-
Review business requirements by understanding business needs for various modules in SFA solution and document the design.-
Contributes to the solutioning of business needs for desired capabilities within enhancement process
Supports the operational Viatris run team to facilitate discussions with Business as needed to solution an issue, drafting work instruction documentation.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with Veeva CRM
7 years
Development experience on SFDC
7 years

Preferred:

MIS, Information Technology or CIS; SFA, CRM
SFDC Admin or Veeva CRM or Vault Certification
