It is a unique opportunity to work in the development of groundbreaking products from the beginning and participate in the entire life cycle of the design, prototype and continuous improvement.

As a Sr. R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of Jr. R&D engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve our immersion cooling technology.

Responsabilities:

Lead and manage a team of Jr. R&D engineers in the design, development, and improvement of our immersion cooling technology.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve our products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies, materials, and processes that could be incorporated into our immersion cooling systems.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of R&D projects.
Plan and execute experiments, tests, and simulations to evaluate the performance and reliability of our immersion cooling technology.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the product development lifecycle.

To perform in this job, you'll likely have:

Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Physics, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in R&D engineering, preferably in the field of thermal management or a related industry.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, or equivalent.
Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Fluency in English.
