How to contribute to our vision

You will be the Finance Business Partner for SGRE Operations, reporting directly to SGRE CFO.


In the area of responsibility:

  • Track financial Performance of Operations organization.
  • Track operational performance of Operations organization.
  • Business Cases and footprint scenarios/decisions.
  • Product costing.
  • Process harmonization and improvement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Change.
  • Budget responsibilities:
  • Multi billions EUR for volume handled through all SGRE factories (incl. DMC&VAD) and central Operations functions-
  • Multi millions EUR for all investments handled through all SGRE factories-
  • 20+ factories worldwide-
  • People management: responsibility for 9 direct reports

Indirect reports:
~190 people.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for- Several years of working experience in production related environment.- Several years of working experience in Finance & Controlling environment, requiring high analytical skills (e.g. consulting, performance controlling), strong communication skills, production and external exposure (e.g.

factory environment)- Experience to frequently work with senior management (up to C-level)- Experience in international working environment with assignments in several countries- Experience in leading teams (leading, development, motivation)- Strong commercial management skills in external and/or internal projects- Experience in Controlling and Finance (SGRE or similar -> product cost calculation, ARE and cost center structures, P&L, budget and cost center planning, inter-company value streams)- Experience in data consolidation in company groups- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders- You know how to successfully lead an international organization by targets, stakeholder management and influencing:

  • Disciplinary responsibility
  • direct reports based in Spain, Germany, Denmark-
  • Collaborative cross-functional skillset required-
  • Strong ability to manage upwards and influence senior management-
  • Ability to motivate in times of changes.
