Job Title:
HR/ Payroll Quality & Risk Compliance Manager

Location:
Madrid, Spain (Full Remote)

Salary:
Up to €55,000 EUR per year

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal Global Compliance audits and external audits, including preaudit preparation and submission of audit documents.
Complete regular internal audits across all sites (UK, Madrid) to ensure compliance.
Assist in working towards CIPP Accreditation, ISO 9001 & 27001 Framework for the Madrid EMS processing center, manage renewal process, and lead the rollout for noncompliant centers.
Identify process improvements and knowledge/process gaps; introduce new processes and train teams as required to ensure best practice and standardization.
Run ongoing training in audit and ISO/SOC compliance for current and new employees.

Requirements:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years HR and/or payroll experience with 2 years in a team lead/management role.
Strong background in process improvement, quality, and compliance.
Experience in compliance and ISO and ISAE/SOC standards.
Experience in auditing payroll and/or process analysis and improvement.
Knowledge of United Kingdom payroll legislation required, with other European payroll legislation knowledge a strong advantage.
Payroll operations knowledge; experience in an outsourced payroll environment is desirable.
Effective influencing skills and relationship building.
Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a great eye for detail.
Ability to take on and implement change as accreditation or compliance requires.
Experience in managing external audit requirements for meeting ISO/SOC Certification and other accreditation audits as required.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to travel both incountry and overseas from time to time.
