About the Team:

What you can look forward to as Field Engineer (M/F/d):

Organize and deliver training courses to independent aftermarket customers in south Spain
Visit [pro]Tech+ workshops regularly to solve technical claims, support their needs, and promote retention & loyalty
Provide phone/mail technical support (Technical Hotline PC/[pro]Tech+/Ticket System) & register cases in Salesforce
Fair attendance & support (Stand preparation & customer reception)
Provide 2nd level support to sales, COM, Marketing y Product Mgmt.
Department monthly activity reporting update
Register customer visits and technical assistance in Salesforce (Distributors, workshops, [pro]Tech+, ZF service point)
Maintain and update daily the PC technical forum in MS Teams for storing the field findings and solutions

Your profile as Field Engineer (M/F/d):

Diploma or Bachelor degree in car mechanics/electronics or similar education or equivalent qualification
23 years of automotive experience in technical field or 5 years of practical work experience in vehicle repair & diagnostics
Proficient in MS Office and vehicle diagnosis tool
Proven ability to develop and deliver training to individuals and groups
Good technical vehicle knowledge (PC, LCV)
Proficient in spoken and written English
