CAE Engineer (M/F/d):

For our location in Vigo in Spain, we are looking for a CAE Engineer (M/F/d).

Your Tasks:


  • Test product specifications and identify critical design points by simulation
  • Take part in Projects according to customer design objectives and perimeter of applicable simulations
  • Skills to formulate problems in terms of calculation, analysis of results, optimization techniques, problem solving, experiment design, use of CAE tools and results presentation
  • Buildingup, calibration and validation of simulation models to test products and designs, foresee its behavior, consider the alternatives and improvement proposals. Writing and presentation of simulation reports
  • Take active part in technical meetings, development discussions, Project Design Reviews,, etc.

Your Profile:


  • Successfully finished STEM degree or similar in Engineering (Physics, Math, etc.)
  • Specific CAE tools: Finite Element Method systems, Pre-Postprocessing, LS-Dyna (specific tools desirable: LS-Pre/post, HyperWorks (HyperMesh/Radioss), Mathematica/MathLab, Moldflow, MagmaSoft, Fluent, multiphysics systems)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate results.
  • Analytical and methodical profile and capacity to synthesize
  • Experience in product development, problem solving analysis as well as in manufacturing and assembly processes desirable

Experience:

Between 3 and 5 years in a similar job or in Engineering, R&D centers, Development or Innovation of products and validation with virtual simulation tools product / process


Common tools:


  • Programming, Excel, Minitab, Office software programs

Languages:


  • Technical English high level
  • Spanish must

Desirable skills:


  • French, German
  • English fluid (Spoken and written)
