Local Unit & Position Description:
The R&D Project Certification Unit is based in Madrid and Barcelona and offers R&D project certification services.
Our department was created in June 2014, but it has a human team with more than 14 years of experience in this sector.
We have a client portfolio that includes the large and main companies with representation in Spain as well as a large pull of SMEs, all of them with great dedication and investment in R&D&I activities.
Now we are looking for R&D Customer Support Coordinator.
This is a high client-oriented position which main tasks will be:
- Before selling. We look for new business opportunities in current customers and new customers. We do plan of projects and identify customer needs for each project taking in count priorities and being proactive in crossselling possibilities
- After selling. We do followup for our customers projects transmitting confidence and control and focus on their needs.
Key responsabilities are:
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of overachieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bachellor level
