Local Unit & Position Description:

At GPM we are currently looking for an enthusiastic global People Manager that can support our organic and inorganic growth, develop a strong company culture, and improve employee experience, talent attraction and retention.

As a Global People Manager you will report to the Leader of the Business Unit Green Power Monitor, Juan Carlos Arévalo.

The Global People Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the DNV culture through innovative and professional People processes and initiatives.

Tasks

Partner with managers supporting the business needs and improving their leadership and communication skills
Drive People processes and initiatives like for example, Talent Attraction, On boarding, Career Development, Change Management, Comp & Ben, Data Analytics
Enhance employee experience and retention
Improve the efficiency of the organization, the internal processes, and the way of working
Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as part of our Culture

Position Qualifications:

Requirements and key behaviors

Master's degree in human science or similar
Minimum 510 years of experience as leader in similar roles
Previous experience in international Tech companies will be a plus
Proactive, dynamic, innovative, creative and result oriented
Excellent and clear communicator, strong leadership, coaching and influencing skills
Network builder
Proficiency in English language
Knowledge of Spanish language will be an advantage
Preferred location: Barcelona
