Local Unit & Position Description:

We're recruiting for a growth focused
Senior Consultant with proven seller-doer in the domain of supply chain performance, risk management and sustainability to join our Sustainability and Supply Chain team in Spain based in Madrid or in one of the other Spanish Offices.


This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role to achieve growth as a seller doer, lead the delivery of projects, ensure service excellence for clients and play an important role in development of others within the team.

We help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment to sustainability, risk reduction and performance.


You will get the opportunity to win, lead and develop our work on a wide range of supply chain performance, risk and sustainability services primarily focused on supply chain sustainability, supply chain risk management and supply chain strategy.

When doing this, you will get the opportunity to engage with many of the leading companies and brands across a wide range of sectors and to leverage a suite of services and digital technologies to scope sell and deliver innovative solutions.


Position Qualifications:

Key tasks:

You will be expected to lead the growth of our sales and delivery for a range of supply chain services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including:

  • Digital Assurance including digitally enabled supply chain solutions for transparency, track and trace
  • Supply chain sustainability & risk management
  • Customer specific or bespoke protocols audits or inspection activities

You will be expected to make proposals, win projects and lead project teams as well as helping to grow our business through the following activities:

  • Proactively seeking to identify customer needs, developing tailored solutions and selling these to new and existing clients
  • Directing projects, ensuring they are executed to clients' expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standards
  • Leading and communicating effectively with your project teams and clients
  • Introducing services from your own/ existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients
  • Writing thought leadership for the team to be published internally and externally and speaking publicly to generate the correct profile and market engagement in Spain
  • Proven track record in sales and business development of Digital Supply Chain, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of leading & delivering consulting services as a trusted advisor and thought leader in their domain of supply chain sustainability
  • Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence
  • Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance to Consultants
  • Able to line manage Consultants and provide coaching and development
  • Willingness to travel and work around Spain and the South Europe region and on occasions overseas
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a prerequisite
